All orders within mainland UK receive FREE delivery via Royal Mail Sent 2nd Class Signed For and takes between 2-4 days for delivery once despatched.

Guaranteed Delivery (UK):

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (guaranteed next day), once despatched.

Europe:

All orders are sent signed/tracked, where possible, via Royal Mail International Signed & Tracked / Tracked and delivery takes between 3-7 days once despatched.

International:

£12.50
All orders are sent signed/tracked where possible via Royal Mail and takes between 7-10 days for delivery once despatched.

UK Deliveries:

Rachel Sokhal Jewellery cannot be held responsible for deliveries to a PO Box, a forwarding address. or an incorrect address provided by the customer.
The Signed For postal services will require a signature on delivery. Should no one be at home when delivery is attempted, a calling card will be left for you to rearrange delivery or collect from your nearest Post Office.

International Deliveries:

Rachel Sokhal Jewellery cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed post. Once a package has left the United Kingdom and enters the recipient’s country, we no longer have control or responsibility over it’s delivery. Customers will also be liable for any taxes/fees payable.
