Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rachel Sokhal Jewellery. We take pride in our handcrafted
jewellery and hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with
your order, we are here to help.
Returns
Eligibility: You may return most items within [30 days] of receiving your order. To be eligible
for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings and
custom-made items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please email us at rachel@rachelsokhaljewellery.com with your order number
and reason for the return. We will respond with further instructions. - Shipping the Item: Once your return is approved, please package the item securely and
send it to the address we provide. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the
item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and a
credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method which normally takes
up to 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same return
process. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the new item as soon as
possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us by email at
rachel@rachelsokhaljewellery.com within 7 days of receiving your order, together with an
image. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
